Is this challenge really free? What’s the catch?

Yes — it’s 100% free with no hidden costs. We offer this because we’re on a mission to change lives through boxing and give people a real shot at transformation. No strings, no pressure.

Do I have to be fit to do the challenge?

Not at all. This program is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way.

Do I need boxing experience?

No boxing experience needed. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, from technique to mindset, in a safe and supportive environment.

Do I need to buy anything?

Nope. We provide everything you need to get started — just bring yourself and a willingness to give it a go.

Can I continue training after the challenge?

Yes — but only if you attend your classes during the challenge. That’s how you become eligible to join as a Hitfit member. If you don’t show up, you won’t be able to continue training with us. This keeps our community strong, committed, and full of people who are serious about making a change.
